Millennium Digital Media offers Real Time Live Support to Customers using Livehelper

LOUIS, MO – DECEMBER 7, 2004 – Livehelper.com, a leading provider of technology facilitating real-time online customer service and support, today announced that Millennium Digital Media(MDM), a cable and broadband services multiple system operator with more than 130,000 customers has deployed Livehelper on its high-speed Internet customer support web site. The Livehelper solution, unlike email, allows Millennium Digital Media to address their customers' inquiries in real time over the Internet.
