St. Louis, MO -- August 31, 2001 --
Cybercon.com, a leading provider of advanced Internet hosting and managed services; today announced that they have
entered into an agreement to purchase the web-hosting customers of CyberElf, Inc. CyberElf, Inc., a Tampa, Florida
based web-hosting and web design company, has been in operation since January 1998. Terms of the agreement are not
being disclosed.
Effective immediately, former CyberElf, Inc. customers will be able to gain the benefits of Cybercon’s world-class data
center, including 24-hour technical support. Some of the benefits CyberElf’s customers will receive through this
acquisition include a broader service offering as a result of Cybercon’s strategic partnerships. Such services include
Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s), Load Balancing and Data Storage services.
Cybercon currently hosts more than 700 servers and can accommodate roughly 10,000 in its 22,000 square foot data
center. Cybercon has continued to grow during this economic downturn and has expanded its Internet infrastructure
several times in the last year to accommodate this growth. With the acquisition of CyberElf, Inc’s Web Hosting
Customers, Cybercon has strengthened its staying power as a leader of advanced Internet hosting and managed services.
